The Director of Communications and Community Relations is responsible for managing East Maine School District 63’s internal and external communications. This role ensures that families, staff, and residents across our diverse communities, including Des Plaines, Niles, Glenview, Park Ridge, and Morton Grove, receive clear, timely, and accurate information. By overseeing branding, digital platforms, and media relations, the Director promotes transparency and builds strong, collaborative relationships between the District and the community it serves. Community High School District 155 is looking for a Communications Specialist

This position is primarily responsible for generating, publishing, and disseminating news related to District 155 and its schools to support the district’s brand. The communications specialist will utilize multiple communications media to target the district’s students, parents, community members, and employees. The position coordinates with faculty, coaches/sponsors, and district/school administrators to identify and create compelling stories. He/she will utilize appropriate communication methods to distribute each piece of information: district/school sites, social media, news releases, videos, photos, etc. Learn more and apply here.
