Submission Portal
The link to the submission portal will be shared here and via email with all members next week on September 3 when the submission portal opens.
Categories and Judging Rubric
This year, we are updating our categories and judging rubric to align with the categories and scoring standards used by NSPRA in their annual Publications and Digital Media Excellence Awards. With this change, we are streamlining submissions for our members to make it easier for you to submit your work to both INSPRA and NSPRA and should help members receive a consistent and meaningful feedback. The submission categories as suggested by NSPRA are:
- Annual Report
- Branding / Image Package
- Calendar
- Excellence in Writing
- Finance Publication
- Handbook/Guide
- Infographic
- Magazine
- Marketing Materials
- Newsletter
- News Release
- Photo
- Podcast
- Social Media
- Special Purpose Publication
- Video (series)
- Video (singular)
- Website
Entry Costs Just like last year, we are again offering all INSPRA members one free entry to the contest. This way, everyone who is a member of INSPRA gets a chance to have their work recognized, and those who would like to have more work judged can submit additional entries for $55 each. Please keep in mind that we are limiting submissions to one submission per category per submitter.
