More than 60 years after Brown vs. Board of Education, the debate continues over the inequality in school systems. In our currently polarized environments, it is difficult to have desperately-needed critical conversations around race, culture, and equity. Together, we’ll talk about how to create a “safe” space for educational stakeholders to explore implicit/explicit biases and develop a plan on how to start a positive conversation
